Community Health Committee | 2024 / 2025 Meeting Dates and Deadlines
The HREBA – Community Health Committee (CHC) only accepts submissions through IRISS. The CHC office must receive all study applications together with all supporting documents by the submission deadline. Please note there are no exceptions to the submission deadline.
Except where indicated (*), meetings are held on the 4th Friday of the month and submission deadlines are NOON on the Thursday 2 weeks before the meetings.
The HREBA – CHC office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed statutory holidays.
