External View Access is for individuals from Alberta Health Services or Covenant Health who have the authorization to view access files within the IRISS system.
Registration Requirements
- Signed Registration Form for Alberta Health Services (AHS) or Covenant Health (CH), as applicable
- If your organization has not provided you with the applicable registration form please contact us
Important Information
If you are already registered with one of the HREBA committees and need access to another committee, please contact us. Submitting another registration will not give you access to the additional committee.
