Clinical Trials Committee  |  2026 Meeting Dates and Deadlines

Except where indicated (*), meetings are held on the 2nd Friday of the month.  PLEASE NOTE:  Effective January 1, 2026, the submission deadline will change to NOON on the Tuesday 2 weeks before the meeting. Please ensure your application is complete, the ICFs follow the CTC templates and please submit your application early.**

Please note there are no exceptions to the submission deadline.

The HREBA – CTC office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  The office is closed on statutory holidays.

HREBA- Clinical Trials Committee meetings: Now two meetings per month

To help ensure a timely review, the Clinical Trials Committee will now meet twice a month. The second meeting is to review continuing and ongoing activities ONLY.  The committee may review new submissions depending on member availability.  Please note, there will be no change to the submission deadline.
