Community Health Committee – 2017 Meeting Dates & Deadlines
The HREBA – Community Health Committee (CHC) only accepts new submissions through IRISS. The CHC office must receive all new study applications together with all supporting documents before 4 pm on the submission date.
The HREBA – CHC office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed statutory holidays.

Industry funded studies are charged a fee for review. An invoice will be sent from Alberta Innovates for the amount indicated below after the ethics certificate is granted i.e. the study is approved. GST will be added if applicable.
Please do not send in the review fee until you receive an invoice.

All industry funded studies, regardless of their initial approval date, will not be charged any additional fees for changes e.g. modifications, annual renewals, closures.
