Community Health Committee – 2016 Meeting Dates and Deadlines
The HREBA – Community Health Committe (CHC) only accepts new submissions through IRISS. The CHC office must receive all study applications together with all supporting documents before 4 pm on the submission date.
Please note: there are no exceptions to the 4 pm submission deadline.
The HREBA – CHC office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed statutory holidays.
